Privacy policy
Last updated 4 November 2026
AuditMyAds is a free advertising and landing page audit tool operated by Growth Table (“we”, “us” or “our”).
We believe understanding your advertising performance shouldn't come at the expense of your privacy.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and how you can manage your data.
1. What information we collect
When you use AuditMyAds, we may collect the following information.
Information you provide
- Website URL and business or brand name.
- Business goals, target audience and other details you choose to share.
- Advertising screenshots, copy or other materials you voluntarily submit.
- Your email address, if you provide it to receive or unlock a report.
- Your preferences for receiving marketing emails from Growth Table.
- Feedback you provide about audit findings or the service.
Information we collect automatically
- Publicly accessible content from the website or landing page being audited, including page text, images, screenshots, forms and calls to action.
- Publicly available advertising information from sources such as Google's Ads Transparency Center and Meta's Ad Library. This may include advertising copy, creatives, advertiser names, links and other publicly displayed information.
- Technical information required to operate and protect the service, including privacy-preserving identifiers derived from IP addresses, usage events and security-related information.
- Basic usage information, such as when an audit is started, completed or unlocked, or when certain buttons are clicked.
Publicly available website and advertising content may sometimes contain personal information, such as names, photographs or testimonials. We process this information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy and in accordance with applicable law.
We do not ask you to connect your Google Ads or Meta Ads accounts, and we do not request access to your advertising account credentials.
2. How we use your information
We use the information collected to:
- Generate your audit: Analyse advertising materials, publicly available ads and landing pages to identify potential improvements.
- Deliver your report: Generate a report and, where requested, send access details to your email address.
- Operate and protect the service: Prevent misuse, enforce usage limits, investigate technical problems and maintain service reliability.
- Improve AuditMyAds: Evaluate audit quality, review feedback, troubleshoot issues and improve how our recommendations are generated.
- Communicate with you: Respond to questions, support requests and privacy enquiries.
- Send optional marketing emails: Share advertising tips, resources or updates from Growth Table only where you have chosen to receive them or where otherwise permitted by applicable law.
We do not sell your personal information.
We do not use your audit submissions to create advertising audiences or target you with personalised advertisements.
3. How our AI-powered audits work
AuditMyAds uses artificial intelligence and automated tools to review advertising materials and landing pages.
Information collected during an audit may be sent to our AI service providers to generate findings, summaries and recommendations.
AI-generated reports can contain errors or incomplete information. We recommend reviewing the findings before making significant advertising or business decisions.
We may review audit outputs and user feedback internally to identify errors and improve our service.
We do not independently train our own AI foundation models using your submissions. Our use of third-party AI services is subject to their applicable data processing terms and settings.
4. Third-party services
We use trusted technology providers to operate AuditMyAds. These may include:
- Anthropic: Processes relevant audit information to generate AI-powered recommendations.
- Supabase: Provides database and file storage services.
- Vercel: Hosts our website and application.
- Cloudflare Turnstile: Helps detect automated or abusive form submissions.
- Resend: Delivers transactional emails, including report links.
- Hosted browser services: Load and inspect publicly accessible websites and capture relevant page information.
- Advertising library search services: Retrieve publicly available advertising information associated with the business or website being audited.
These providers may receive information necessary to perform their respective services. For example, an advertising search provider may receive a brand name or website URL, while an AI provider may receive selected page content, ad creatives and audit context.
We take reasonable steps to select providers with appropriate privacy and security practices and to manage their processing of information through applicable contractual and technical safeguards.
We do not authorise service providers to use personal information for unrelated marketing purposes on our behalf.
5. International data processing
AuditMyAds uses technology providers that may process or store information outside Singapore or the country where you are located.
This means your information may be transferred to or accessed from other countries, which may have different data protection laws.
Where required by applicable law, we take reasonable steps to ensure that international transfers are subject to appropriate protection measures, including contractual, technical and organisational safeguards.
6. How long we keep your information
We aim to retain information only for as long as it is reasonably needed.
Audit data
Our standard retention period for audit records is 90 days. This includes generated reports, associated screenshots, retrieved advertising materials and information provided for the audit.
After this period, audit records are scheduled for deletion from our active systems.
Email addresses
If you provide your email address solely to receive a report, we retain it as part of the relevant audit record under our standard retention policy.
If you separately subscribe to Growth Table marketing communications, we may retain the information necessary to manage your subscription until you unsubscribe or the information is no longer required.
Usage and security information
We may retain limited usage records, aggregated statistics, security records or diagnostic information for longer periods where reasonably necessary to operate, protect and improve the service.
Backups and service-provider records
Some information may remain temporarily in system backups, technical logs or third-party service-provider systems under their applicable retention schedules.
We may also retain information where necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes or protect legitimate legal interests.
7. Report links and access
Each AuditMyAds report is accessible through a unique, hard-to-guess link.
Anyone who obtains this link may be able to view the report without signing in.
Please keep your report link private and share it only with people you trust.
We take steps to discourage search engines from indexing report pages, but this does not make report links completely private or guarantee that their contents cannot be disclosed.
If you believe a report link has been exposed or want an audit removed, please contact us.
8. Cookies, analytics and technical information
AuditMyAds does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics cookies for behavioural advertising.
We collect limited usage information to understand how the service is used and to improve reliability.
We may use privacy-preserving technical identifiers to enforce usage limits and help prevent abuse.
Our hosting, security and infrastructure providers may process technical information, including IP addresses, as necessary to deliver and protect the service.
We do not intentionally store raw IP addresses in our audit database for the purpose of enforcing usage limits.
Some essential technical storage or security mechanisms may be required for the service to function.
9. Marketing communications
You may choose to receive marketing emails from Growth Table, including advertising tips, educational resources and service updates.
Subscribing to marketing emails is optional and is not required to receive an AuditMyAds report.
Providing your email address to access a report does not automatically subscribe you to marketing communications.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in marketing emails or by contacting us directly.
We may still send essential service-related communications, such as requested report emails or responses to support enquiries.
10. How we protect your information
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect information against unauthorised access, disclosure, modification and loss.
These may include access controls, encrypted connections, restricted access to stored information and appropriate safeguards with service providers.
However, no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Please avoid submitting passwords, financial account information, highly sensitive personal data or confidential materials that are not necessary for your audit.
11. Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to:
- Request access to personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Request deletion of your audit or associated information.
- Withdraw consent for certain uses of personal information, subject to applicable legal restrictions.

When we make changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
For material changes affecting how personal information is collected, used or disclosed, we will provide additional notice or seek consent where required by applicable law.
